Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO and the HR leadership team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CHRO’s office and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the CHRO and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Support with scheduling, calendar organization, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the HR Chief of Staff to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
- Operate with a clear understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Preferred
- Experience: 2+ years supporting a C-Suite executive, 5+ years supporting multiple Vice Presidents
- Skills: Leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication
- Other: Flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and professional
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $66,100 – $87,110. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
