Position Summary
This position is responsible for completing the MPOS Triage case workload to ensure consistent meeting of SLAs and TATs. The staff member will handle an assigned case workload, including provider requests, contract and claims research, and member move directions. Maintaining open communication with the MPOS Triage Manager and Lead is essential, along with providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience working in Microsoft Excel.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience.
- Experience working with provider data.
- Experience with QXNT.
- Experience PRMS.
- Experience ProdataV1.
- Experience with QuickBase.
Education
High School Diploma
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 – $31.10. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary offer depends on factors like experience, education, and geography. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to the base pay range.
