Strategic National Outside Sales Representative – Remote

Primary Purpose:

The purpose of the National Outside Sales Representative is to identify qualified leads, build relationships with those leads, and acquire them as long-term customers while expanding our business to different industries throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel nationwide to meet with potential clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Education and Experience: Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
