Primary Purpose:
The purpose of the National Outside Sales Representative is to identify qualified leads, build relationships with those leads, and acquire them as long-term customers while expanding our business to different industries throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Travel nationwide to meet with potential clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our staffing solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Education and Experience: Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
- Ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
