As a National Key Account Manager on the Shelf Genie team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Identify and prospect national sales opportunities that have a need for Shelf Genie products and services
  • Network with franchise owners to identify and address their needs
  • Act as the liaison between national account and franchise owners
  • Coordinate with Marketing department to set and implement strategies for new ideas, products, and services
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with national customers to ensure long-term success
  • Ensure brand consistency with programs offered throughout the franchise network
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends

  • 2+ years in professional sales and working with national accounts
  • Proven work experience as a National Key Account Manager or in a similar sales capacity
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required


  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Proficiency to create compelling sales presentations based on the target audience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to staff, franchise owners, prospective franchise owners, and vendors
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support


Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred but not required.

Schedule / in-office requirements:

Hybrid if local to DFW, or fully remote.
