What you will do
- Support the MSL Therapeutic Area head and local Therapeutic Area lead in developing local territory R&D tactics.
- Engage with healthcare partners to educate and communicate clinical and scientific data.
- Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to various stakeholders.
- Respond to unsolicited inquiries consistent with MSL compliance standards.
- Provide and/or present field observations and insights to internal collaborators.
- Implement a scientific engagement plan according to annual MSL goals and metrics.
- Develop and implement local OL plans in line with the scientific engagement plan.
- Support speaker training and ensure speakers are updated on new data.
- Support Amgen-sponsored research and may serve as a study lead.
- Liaise with potential investigators in non-sponsored clinical research.
- Lead and/or participate in project teams supporting MSL strategies and tactics.
- Advance the MSL value proposition, identify gaps, achieve results, and set an example for others.
- Lead and support congress activities aligned with strategy.
- Compliantly collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
- Maintain clinical acuity and expertise, ensuring timely completion of assigned training.

What we expect of you:
- Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree.
- Preferred Qualifications: Two years of proven experience in Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company, at least two years in an MSL role, three or more years of clinical practice or research, experience in Rare Disease, Nephrology, Rheumatology.
