What You’ll Do

  • Marketing and Sales Infrastructure: Build and manage pipelines in CRM tools, with HubSpot experience highly preferred
  • Marketing Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings, slide decks, reports, and marketing materials
  • Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, coordinate creative assets, and publish posts across various platforms
  • Community Management: Daily oversight and review of community pages
  • Content Editing: Collect research, develop outlines for blog ideas, and review content with writers
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: Execute campaigns via Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • Deep Dives into Marketing Techniques: Explore funnels, conversational marketing, competitive research, and more
  • Team Collaboration: Brainstorm with the marketing team on strategies and tactics
  • Marketing Analysis: Constantly test and learn, bringing insights back to the team

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of CRM & Marketing Automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with Social Media organic and paid campaigns
  • Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads experience
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign experience
  • Website and blog management experience
  • Writing and communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • A positive, self-starter attitude
  • A sharp mind and intense hunger for learning
