Director of Digital Product Role
As the Director of Digital Product, you will play a critical role in developing an exceptional consumer experience for our new vitamin products in the digital space. You will be responsible for leading the product management function, overseeing UX/UI design, managing the digital consumer experience, and collaborating closely with Engineering and other stakeholders. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in digital product management, a track record of building outstanding D2C and e-commerce consumer brand experiences, and the ability to develop and execute product strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of an amazing consumer experience for our new vitamin products in the digital space, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey across all touchpoints.
- Drive the product management function, including product strategy, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and agile execution.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative digital products and features that meet consumer needs and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end digital consumer experience, from acquisition to retention, ensuring a user-centric approach and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and consumer insights, driving growth and market differentiation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable product plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch activities.
- Utilize data analytics, user testing, and feedback to continually optimize product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and external partners, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital product management and D2C/e-commerce consumer brand experiences, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 7+ years in digital product management, with a strong track record of building exceptional D2C and e-commerce consumer brand experiences.
- Proven experience with visualization software e.g. Figma, Google Slides
- Demonstrated expertise in managing UX/UI design and developing outstanding digital consumer experiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong product management skills, including product strategy development, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and agile execution.
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams, leveraging technology to deliver innovative and scalable digital products.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that drive business growth and market differentiation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to drive product decisions.
- Passion for consumer brands, e-commerce, and digital innovation, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
