We Are Hiring: Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative to introduce Z Networks to businesses and schedule appointments for our sales executives to follow up on inquiries and provide more in-depth information about our services and products.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making several calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Manage and maintain your contacts in our CRM
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone presence
- Experience working within a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (PST)
Hourly rate plus incentives and bonus pay every month
Remote Work
Remote/work from home is available. You must have a reliable laptop/desktop/headset with a microphone and reliable internet.
Flexible Schedule:
- Part-time available
- 4x10hr shift available

Pay
$40k Base Pay Plus Commission
$39k-$70k Commission first year (Based on full-time employment).
Paid Holidays
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday After Thanksgiving, December 24th, December 25th, and January 1st.
