As a closer, success in this role requires competitiveness, proactivity, and a driven attitude. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls with potential clients, offering/selling/onboarding clients into our program upon qualification.

Responsibilities
- Handle 4 – 7 inbound booked sales calls per day (30 – 45 mins per call).
- Understand customer needs to navigate customers ethically throughout the call.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Daily script review and practice objection handling.
- Persistent follow-up – follow up at least 7x per lead.
- Objection handling.
- Manual pre-call reminders.
- Persistent follow-ups.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inbound sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Slack, Loom, HubSpot, Calendly, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, advertising, social media management, marketing automation, and email marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
