Responsibilities.

  • Align with ThrivePass culture, purpose, and quarterly goals.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure a seamless client transition from sales to implementations.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and/or Account Specialists to facilitate a smooth transition from implementations to ongoing service.
  • Establish a solid client relationship in the kickoff and implementation meetings by setting and managing expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase and relay key updates and milestones to key stakeholders.
  • Project manage the entire implementation process and track all related timelines.
  • Improve upon existing processes and procedures surrounding implementations and adhere to such processes.
  • Work closely with the relationship management team on system setup for renewals.
  • Configure the system as defined in the project scope and specifications for group builds and enrollments.
  • Complete special projects during off-cycle implementation times.
  • Create and manage staffing models to ensure a balance between organizational profitability and capacity.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize and enhance customer experience through customer feedback, customer monitoring, and partnership with our Relationship Management team.
  • Ensure team performance and achievement of KPIs through team meetings, daily standups, 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to ensure existing KPIs are met, while building upon established KPIs to track performance as the organization scales.
  • Meet an 8 or higher average implementation satisfaction score.

Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Implementations or a similar role in a Third-Party Administration or in the Healthcare space.
  • Knowledge of the benefits industry, specifically pre-tax benefits and COBRA.
  • History of successful project management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities under time constraints.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Takes initiative to uncover/develop solutions prior to escalating issues.
  • Takes initiative to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to take on new projects and easily transition between tasks.
  • Team player who is receptive to coaching and adaptive to change.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to speak to senior level team members (internal and external).
  • Desire to excel and grow each day.

Salary Offered

$85,000-$95,000/annually
