3-year contract with BIA.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring performance
- Tracking results
- Outreach and Strategic Planning
Performance analysts will collaborate with programs to develop strong results-based metrics and milestones to track program success. They will assist in the initial setup of strategic action plans and metrics. Once well-defined plans are established, analysts will work with programs to gather, track, and report quarterly results and efforts towards achievement.
This includes the need for analysts to assist with outreach to individual project sites or recipients to obtain status updates if required.
The individual will provide independent and objective analysis, including:
- Organizational assessments
- Program evaluations
- Performance measure/indicators
- Process and productivity improvement
Planning encompasses short-term and long-range goals. The analyst assists in validating existing strengths and makes recommendations. They also perform interviews and analyze past business improvement actions.
Analysis of existing organizational effectiveness and general management is conducted to identify problems and potential enhancements to business organization design and improvement efforts. Long-range strategic planning is addressed to gain improvements in management, operation, and other business areas. Assistance is provided to groups in establishing clear goals to achieve new levels of problem-solving and decision-making.

- Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
