Pay Range:
$78/hr – $83/hr
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment
- A minimum of 3+ years experience with Dimensions, Workday, or other leading HCM solutions
- UKG Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions Time & Attendance implementation experience
- Experience implementing all Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Dimensions
- Experience implementing GeoLocation & GeoFencing
- Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions
- Ability to drill down into the detail processes for associated UKG Dimensions functional areas
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and time management skills, effectively managing workflow and timelines
- Proficient reporting and computing skills in a PC environment (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understands project management tools and processes, and how to work effectively as part of a complex delivery team
- Experience with Boomi, APIs, and CRTs
- Workday HCM/Payroll experience
- Piece and Flag / Activities Module experience
- UKG Advanced Scheduler Module experience
