Product Manager (PM) – Medicare Part D EGWP
The Product Manager (PM) manages day-to-day activities for our Medicare Part D EGWP product. The PM works collaboratively within a cross-functional environment as the Medicare Part D EGWP subject matter expert. The PM plays a key role in the annual processes to file plan benefits to the federal government and is responsible for the detailed benefit requirements definition for all client implementations and re-implementations.
- Manages activities related to annual plan submission of EGWP plans to CMS
- Creates and maintains Medicare benefit specification documents for all EGWP client implementations
- Develops and maintains templates for annual EGWP beneficiary materials, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations
- Provides oversight for managing translations and web posting of annual Medicare Member materials
- Leads various projects focused on enhancing the Medicare Part D EGWP product offering
- Administers CMS Star Ratings and Display Measure tracking and reporting for all Navitus Part D clients
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Lead activities related to annual plan submission of EGWP plans to CMS

- Provide guidance and training to Account Management teams related to Medicare Part D EGWP topics
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise related to Medicare Advantage and Part D Communications & Marketing Guidelines
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of five years of Medicare Part D experience is required
- 5+ years work experience with a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D Plan in a product management or business analyst role
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional business environment with ability to work closely with both internal and external business partners
- PBM experience, including PBM claims adjudication experience, is preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D Communications & Marketing Guidelines
- Experience articulating regulatory requirements
- Experience with interfacing with external clients
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
