Job Description

Dr. Andrew Neville is a leading expert in healing Adrenal Fatigue. Our growing Naturopathic Office delivers on a proven 6-month program that offers concierge service and digital support to help patients across the United States heal Adrenal Fatigue from their homes. We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative who is a highly motivated, compassionate, and heart-led to join our sales team.

Requirements

  • High-ticket sales experience: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HIGH-TICKET SALES EXPERIENCE OVER THE PHONE.
  • Phone interview: WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO COMPLETE THE 3-QUESTION PHONE INTERVIEW.

This position is fully remote and virtual.

About the Position

Our mission is healing Adrenal Fatigue in those who suffer from common daily symptoms to target the root cause of their physical, mental, and emotional struggles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Calling warm leads
  • Assessing candidate eligibility for the program
  • Collecting payment

You will be presenting a proven, successful, holistic, high-ticket wellness program to individuals who have been unwell for many months, sometimes years. This is done by phone and Zoom interviews of potential patients, conducted by you, from your home, using VOIP or Zoom. Our office is in Pennsylvania, but you may live anywhere within the US.

Must bring successful high-ticket sales experience and feel comfortable meeting conversion goals of 40-60% from initial consultation calls. We are not interested in “retail” sales experience.

Must Haves

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years of experience of successful high-ticket phone sales
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A reliable internet connection in your own home
  • Proficient in all apps within google suite and tech-savvy enough to learn new software
  • Stay organized and manage time well
  • Friendly, thoughtful, and love listening to others
  • Active listener and know how to cut in gracefully

Job Details

  • Minimum of 8 hours per week, and a maximum of 20
  • Must reside within the United States
  • Hours are negotiable, but some weekends and evenings (Eastern Time) may be necessary
  • Hours are not guaranteed, but we do our best to fill all of your available appointment times
  • Paid onboarding of $300 as a contractor with our marketing team
  • We require you to review and understand our wellness reading materials and videos
  • After training, the job is commission-based at 5%-10% based on performance and program sold
  • All calls are about 30-45 minutes and are recorded

  • CCSP – Certified Customer Service Professional
  • Experience with or an interest in naturopathic/holistic medicine
