We are Hiring: Physical Security Installation Project Manager
Join our dynamic team as a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security Installation Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients.
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently, including project teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals.
- Installation Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more.
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Budget Management:
- Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit accurate project budgets and financial reports.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
- Resolve team conflicts and issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
- 5 or more years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Additional Notes
- Probationary period of 90 days.
- Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired.
- Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years.
- Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral & written communication skills.
- Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Compensation package: Yearly bonus
