We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Expansion Manager to help us grow our client portfolio.


  • Network Development: Leverage your existing network and connections within the healthcare industry to identify potential clients and establish relationships.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target healthcare providers, practices, and organizations looking to outsource their medical billing.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide a consultative approach by understanding potential clients’ needs, explaining our services, and customizing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiation: Offer our unique and negotiable revenue percentage model based on the size of the client’s clientele.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


  • Proven experience and a robust network within the healthcare industry, with connections to healthcare providers, doctors, hospitals, small practices, physicians, and billing companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely if required.


Competitive commission-based structure with a negotiable revenue percentage based on clientele size. Yearly salary once a client is successfully onboarded.
