Job Opportunity: 1099 Freight Planner
H&N Dispatch LLC is seeking experienced Freight Planners to join our fast-growing independent freight dispatching service. If you have a background in finding and booking loads, negotiating rates, and cold calling drivers to build your team, we want to hear from you.
About H&N Dispatch
At H&N Dispatch, we work with carriers across the country, providing services to independent owner-operators and small fleet owners. We are currently looking for a Freight Dispatcher/Freight Planner to collaborate with H&N and its carriers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a team of carriers through cold calling and relationship-building
- Utilize DAT office, 123 Load Board (Premium Plus), and other tools for load management
- Use a TMS system to track all loads on a daily basis
Please note: While having an established customer base is helpful, it is not necessary. The company will run ads and provide leads. At the time of hire, you may not have carriers, and in such cases, no payment will be requested until carriers are secured for dispatch.

Application Requirements
- Experience in finding and hiring carriers for dispatch (1 year required)
- Willingness to work as a team
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Internet and computer access, with the ability to pay a $130 monthly fee at the time of hire (no exceptions)
Payment Details: $130 monthly fee for the use of our load boards, communication system, phone, messaging, and emailing. First payment is due at the time of hire with no exceptions.

- Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Shift Availability: Day Shift, Night Shift, Overnight Shift (all required)
