What You’ll Do
- You will report to the Executive Director of Product Management to manage the overall product vision and execution plan that supports growth
- Self-driven and passionate about bringing new partnered solutions to market through a complex ecosystem
- You will gather data on new product ideas, evaluate them for financial and market potential, create execution plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Participate and drive product due diligence, identifying and communicating critical issues, potential risks, and dealbreakers
- Define product features and benefits, document product claims, and ensure compliance
- Partner with sales, marketing, and business finance to develop pricing strategies and our strategic go-to-market approach, including enabling sales via ROI analysis, roadmaps, etc.
- Solid understanding of metrics and strong analytical skills. Need to be business savvy and metrics-driven to make the right product investment decision
- Background in AI/ML with the ability to identify insights and define OKRs & KPIs to monitor client engagement metrics
- You will research trends and news in the digital space, monitor usage and gather feedback from users, and strive to improve the user experience and revenue potential of our product offerings
- Willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with multi-tasking and changing priorities
- Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate timelines, execute key integration tasks, and uncover, and solve roadblocks to ensure successful integration execution

- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on strategic, analytical, and quantitative modules
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 4-6 years of experience in the payments industry, financial services, or consulting
- Organized self-starter, result-oriented, and a passion for scaling new products
- Understanding and practice with product management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments
- Familiarity with Interchange programs, card brands and network fees will be an added advantage

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$93,212.96-$149,140.73
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
