Loan & Insurance Servicing Department Manager
Under general supervision of the VP Consumer Lending Operations & Servicing, the Manager guides and directs staff and operations of the Loan & Insurance Servicing Department to achieve Nuvision’s product and membership goals.
- Ensure Consumer loans are serviced accurately, timely, and consistent with member expectations and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Administer all member-related ancillary loan products for protection purposes, adding to net income and preventing balance charge-offs.
- Directly supervise Loan Servicing Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all member protection programs, including Guaranteed Asset Protection, Mechanical Repair Coverage, and Debt Protection.
- Manages follow-up of HELOC and 2nd Mortgage Flood and Hazard Insurance coverage.
- Responds to and resolves member calls and issues escalated from staff.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in Financial Services industry consumer loan operations, Loan Servicing, Insurance products, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Consumer loan products, policies, procedures, and delivery methods.
- Thorough knowledge of Consumer Loan Servicing regulations.
Pay Scale by Applicable Geographic Location:
Southern California: $76,019.33 – $95,024.16
Alaska: $79,073.68 – $98,842.10
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, job-related training/education, etc.
