GCS Account Management – Account Billing Coordinator
As a centralized resource within the GCS Account Management group, responsible for coordinating all account billing activities. Under general direction and acting within the established policies and procedures, performs a variety of specialized tasks to support all Client Management Account billings.
Essential Job Duties:
- Liaison for GCS Account teams to ensure all commission billings are accurately processed.
- Review all account billing to confirm allocations, OTT, commission splits, service line deductions, and outside broker payments meet approved account guidelines. Submit to appropriate billing office and for audit completion.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Required bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or Commercial Real Estate preferred.
- 3-4 years of progressive, relevant working and related deferred revenue experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
