Finance Business Analyst Position

This Finance Business Analyst (Business Analyst) position is a skilled entry-level role that involves close collaboration within a cross-functional/cross-business unit team and across Celink’s organizational hierarchy. The role is both technical and operational, focusing on analyzing business processes and data to support the Finance systems transformation roadmap.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand data process inputs and outputs across the entire lifecycle of Finance business processes.
- Document current state business process and data workflows by collaborating with key process participants.
- Work collaboratively to identify change management for the transition to and optimization of future-state system configurations.
- Support system transformation implementation data needs (e.g., downloading, cleansing, mapping).
- Draft business workflows and written procedures and policies with key process participants for approval by Finance leadership and/or business management.
- Support Accounting with financial reporting using various data sources and NetSuite tools.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with key process participants.
- Support Finance special projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or other relevant area.
- Experience/Training: 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Prior experience in the mortgage industry and/or NetSuite is preferred but not required.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of workflows, operational process design, control, and improvement.
- Experience working with large data sets and data visualization.
- Proficient in MS Excel; Lucid Chart and/or other data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to understand Celink’s business processes.
- Prior exposure to the mortgage servicing industry is a plus but not required.
- Prior exposure to NetSuite is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions
Work is performed predominately remote, but some travel may be required. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and video conferencing applications.

Pay: $47,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
