Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content.
- SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility.
- Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support resident retention.
- Social Media Management: Grow our social media presence, create content calendars, and engage with online communities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Website Management: Collaborate with the web developer to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
