Job Summary
BDO, the leading digital health and wellness platform for people of color, seeks a Digital Ad Sales Support Admin to work full-time. This position will work with the Ad Sales Team to make sure all accounts are managed effectively. Salary plus bonus!
Position Responsibilities:
- Ad operations experience (or familiarity with Google Ad Manager / Campaign Manager 360 (DCM)
- Sales support:
- Fulfilling requests from sales representatives
- Assisting with campaign execution, deliverables, and tracking/monitoring progress
- Serving as the main point of contact after the initial campaign launch to agency and clients
- Entering orders:
- Able to recognize various creative asset tags and applying banner/video assets to line items
- Adhering to specific details set forth by Insertion Orders and attention to details surrounding special instructions or other parameters
- Regular upkeep and monitoring of performance cadence reports
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and retrieving metrics on various backend dashboards
- Able to provide descriptive insights and interpret metric data from the website and social media content
- Able to provide insights and interpret Campaign metrics based on reports generated
- Familiar with Email Service Provider dashboards / writing compelling messaging and adhering to relative cultural content
- Assisting with campaign management and deliverables
- Campaign tracking and monitoring
- Reporting on campaign performances and providing detailed descriptions of metrics, insights, and optimizations
- Organizational skills:
- Scheduling campaign deliverables
- Tracking performance
- Setting reminders
- Attention to details generated in meeting notes
- Time management:
- Punctual, reliable, and strictly adheres to self-appointed and received deadlines
- Open to learning new skills and processes as it pertains to evolving organization tactics and goals
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 3+ years experience in digital ad operations (1-year direct trafficking and creative QA preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working within internal ad serving and third-party systems, namely Google Ad Manager (GAM) and DoubleVerify
- Experience working with custom display, mobile, audio, and video advertising projects
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department
- Experience understanding ad tags
- General knowledge of raw creative files and video assets required
