Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a data architecture role
  • Quality / Master Data management related projects as a designer/technical architect
  • Awareness of case management data standards, such as the National Open Court Data Standard (NOCDS) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Project Life Cycle phases best practices
  • Experience with the design, implementation, or validation of data transformations in support of data standardization and automated data pipeline efforts
  • Experience with data modeling using industry notation such as ERD, Barker, IDEF1X, and the Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • Familiarity with enterprise Data Governance principles
  • Experience designing and implementing data models with database technologies including relational databases, “NoSQL” databases, data warehousing, or data lake solutions
  • Experience with data integration, data migration including data pipeline ETL processes
  • Experience designing data systems for compliance with federal security standards such as FedRAMP

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
