We are hiring an Operations Associate!
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our operations team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with our team and outsourced annotation providers to ensure accurate and prompt data creation. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand client requirements for data annotation.
- Work closely with outsourced annotation providers for accurate and timely annotation of broadcasts and social media posts.
- Verify and cross-reference rights holders, sponsors, and placement data for accuracy.
- Monitor data annotation processes and workflows, identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data annotation guidelines and quality control measures.
- Provide ongoing support to annotation providers, addressing inquiries and clarifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of data annotation activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data annotation processes and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the sports industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in sports, sports analytics, or startups is a plus.
- Familiarity with data annotation processes and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software is a plus.
