Salesforce Senior CRM Administrator
9:00AM – 5:30PM EST Monday-Friday Remote
$45 – $50 per hour DOE
Leading manufacturer of hearing aids is in need of a Senior CRM Administrator.
The Sr. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Administrator will be responsible for local support (USA), training of the Global CRM solution with close cooperation with people from the IT Department and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sharing CRM updates and changes to users. Some larger updates require training sessions while others can be accomplished via email.
- This position is the first point of contact for end users with SFDC questions or issues, including reporting, email templates, reporting, and shop finder assistance. Responsible for training new marketing and sales employees on SFDC functionality concerning accounts, reporting, and campaign creation/management.
- Managing user accounts, profiles, and roles, as well as security settings and permissions.
- Importing, exporting, maintaining data quality, and ensuring data consistency between S2K Financial System and our Salesforce CRM platform.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce accordingly.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to all brands (Signia, Widex, Rexton/Costco) stakeholders. Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to review processes and SF implementation and seek ongoing business improvement.
- Providing support to all brands (Signia, Widex, Rexton/Costco) users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions for new and existing users.
- Coordinating with global SF to approve all designed automation processes using workflows, process builder, and triggers.
- Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Leading or participating in Salesforce-related projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems (salesforce preferred).
- Experience in creating and developing reports using tools like Reporting Services, Excel, etc., as well as experience in Fetch xml (Using MS CRM Online).
