What are we looking for?
The Senior Compliance Risk Manager is responsible for supporting the administration, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and educating on the Versant Health enterprise risk management program
Where you will have an impact
- Administration of the overall enterprise risk management program
- Document and track the maturation of the enterprise risk management program including plans, activities, and milestones
- Research, inform, and educate business and compliance operations on industry standards related to risk management
- Establishment and management of risk management owned policies, procedures and standards
- Initial creation governance structure and ongoing facilitation of the Versant Health Risk Committee
- Oversight of the residual risk assessment process and ongoing refresh of the assessments
- Oversight of remediation of control environment gaps, including advising on implementation and execution of remediation plans, including cross-functional collaboration
- Value added partner to functional areas to provide risk related guidance and risk analysis
- Interaction and collaboration with corporate enterprise risk program as necessary
- Establishment of the risk appetite metrics and risk indicators
- Education and collaborate with internal stakeholders on a formal control set inventory
- Establish and collaborate with internal stakeholders on a formal process and risk inventory
- Evaluation, assessment and monitoring of existing controls, including partnership with other risk stakeholders
- Manage reporting processes to internal stakeholders that provide timely and relevant information on all pertinent aspects of the risk management program
- Support Sr. Director and regulatory compliance managers as needed on other functions of the compliance program
- Provide timely and practical advice and support for questions and concerns regarding general compliance activities
- Other duties as assigned
What’s necessary to do the job?
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
- Risk management certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

As a component of job roles and responsibilities, Associates may have access to covered information, cardholder data or other confidential customer information which must be protected at all times. As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program.

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$110,000.00 to $130,000.00].
