Client Success Managers for Seamless User Experiences
Yapi’s Client Success Managers take charge of the user relationship post-implementation and throughout the client lifecycle. They play a pivotal role in ensuring long-term satisfaction by overseeing utilization and providing advice on customizations to enhance user success. Leveraging health data, they drive the user renewal process and assist practices in achieving success metrics.
- Anchoring the System: They integrate the system into the user’s practice.
- Strategic Advising: They advise internal teams on aligning Yapi processes and roadmap with user needs.
- Client Interactions: They oversee all client interactions with the team.
This role is exclusively open to residents of Texas (TX) and Utah (UT) who possess a minimum of one year’s experience in a User Relationship Management position, focusing on post-implementation relationship management and customer retention.
