Care Management Associate Position

This Care Management Associate (CMA) role is 100% remote, allowing candidates from any state to apply. The working hours are Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts.

  • Four shifts per week from 8:00am-4:30pm in the candidate’s time zone
  • One late shift per week from 12:30pm-9:00pm EST
  • Rotating Friday late shift, occurring approximately once every 3-4 months

Shift times may vary per business needs, and there is no travel required.

Responsibilities of the Care Management Associate

The Care Management Associate on the Lifestyle Conditioning Coaching (LCC) team plays a crucial role in assisting the Coach with effective care coordination and self-care for members. Key duties include:

  • Making outreach calls to eligible program members
  • Managing inbound call activity in a queue
  • Providing initial reviews of tasks and administrative activities
  • Navigating computer systems while communicating with members

This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, remote teamwork ability, excellent multitasking skills, and the capability to navigate computers while providing top-notch customer service.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of computer experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This role involves long periods of sitting, telephone, and computer work.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of telephonic customer service experience, knowledge of Managed Care concepts, data entry and documentation skills, background in a health care setting, call center experience, and proficiency in typing and multitasking.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent years of experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 – $35.29 per hour. The actual salary depends on factors such as experience, education, and geography. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs.
