Position: B2B Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (hourly basis) + Bonuses

Overview

We are seeking highly experienced sales hunters for a remote position, not an account management role. This is an opportunity to join a leading consulting company with a unique business model focused on helping small businesses grow in the manufacturing or industrial service industries.

Responsibilities

  • Make 60-80 phone calls per day to targeted companies and contacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with quality management, plant managers, engineers, and purchasing agents.
  • Convert Requests for Quotes (RFQs) into closed purchase orders.
  • Establish and grow accounts for ongoing business.
  • Work remotely (90%) and in the field (10%) after the initial six months.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of inside sales experience in the Engineering, Industrial, and/or Manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Act!).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be highly motivated, and build professional relationships.
  • Understanding of marketing and business development.
