Location: Remote/Work from Home

Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (paid on an hourly basis)

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay

Are you a highly experienced sales hunter? We are not looking for account managers; we want real salespeople who know how to hunt!

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in inside sales
  • Experience in the Engineering, Industrial, and/or Manufacturing industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to work independently and be highly motivated
  • Proficient with a CRM such as Salesforce or Act!

Responsibilities:

  • Make 60-80 phone calls per day to designated companies and contacts
  • Target industries include steel, plastics, chemical, rubber, electronics, or industrial equipment/machines
  • Build relationships with quality management, plant managers, engineers, and purchasing agents
  • Convert RFQs to closed purchase orders
  • Establish and grow accounts for ongoing business

  • Strategic thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Understanding of marketing and business development

This is a telecommute/remote position initially part-time, moving to full-time within 2-6 weeks. Weekly payment via an online platform with all fees absorbed by the company.

Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (paid hourly) plus bonuses
