Current Opportunity: Senior Account Executive

We’re in immediate need of a seasoned closer — someone adept at quickly engaging with prospects, understanding their merchandise return challenges, and articulating a compelling vision of how our data science platform can solve their problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach throughout the sales cycle
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota
  • Develop and manage high-probability closure opportunities
  • Build substantial knowledge of ReturnLogic’s platform, competitors, and industry trends
  • Articulate industry-specific value propositions with a focus on eCommerce
  • Construct and articulate a strong business case with clear ROI
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities
  • Engage ReturnLogic resources effectively

Requirements

  • 3-5 years as an account executive or equivalent experience
  • Verifiable track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Experience selling software solutions to the SMB market
  • Experience delivering engaging demonstrations to prospects
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecast
  • Experience in a team selling model
  • Proven track record of hunting new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Ability to work well cross-departmentally in a small, close-knit team
  • Energetic, optimistic attitude with excellent organizational skills
  • Must quickly develop proficiency in high-tech/high-touch systems
  • Experience in a 100% remote startup environment is a plus

Salary

$75,000 base ($150,000 OTE)
