About the Position
As our first sales and customer success hire, you’ll play a crucial role in driving awareness and customer success with Zing Data’s platform for next-generation business intelligence. Our collaborative and easy-to-use platform works seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web.
Your Responsibilities
- Be scrappy, tenacious, and technically proficient to sell to business intelligence, data science, product, and operations teams.
- Build trust and rapport by presenting information in a fact-based way.
- Dedicate yourself to helping customers succeed, going above and beyond to create great customer experiences.
- Over time, build out a sales team, create sales playbooks, set up GTM processes, and contribute to Zing Data’s massive revenue scale.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in SMB B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- College degree, preferably in business, statistics, computer science, or economics.
- Great interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
- Basic data knowledge, including querying, visualization, SQL, etc.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- A track record of sales success.
