Head of Global Enablement Role

As Darktrace’s Head of Global Enablement, you will be responsible for developing the enablement curriculum, vision, and strategy across Darktrace’s entire ecosystem that includes Sales & Technical Enablement, Customer Success/Renewals, Customers, and Partners. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this senior leadership role will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and for continuously innovating, refining, delivering, and measuring enablement content. Helping customers, partners, and Darktrace employees build their capability to deliver outcomes with Darktrace is key in enhancing customer experience, expanding the customer and partner ecosystem, and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategy:
    • Create an enablement strategic vision, plan, and staffing model.
    • Develop and execute an innovative Enablement GTM strategy.
    • Develop subscription offerings, learning ecosystem, curriculum, accreditations, and certifications.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing enablement offerings and infrastructure.
    • Establish and maintain a company-wide learning management system.
    • Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Partner, Customer Success, and more.
  • Measurement:
    • Establish clear metrics and evaluation methods.
    • Make recommendations and adjustments to optimize resources.
    • Evaluate and report on cost vs. impact.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build a high-performing enablement organization.
    • Establish and drive standards for hiring and training.
    • Encourage an experimental and growth mindset across the team.
  • External:
    • Build and cultivate relationships with external peers and learning partners.
    • Leverage insights and best practices in designing and delivering enterprise solutions.
    • Champion Darktrace’s Customer, Partner, and Darktrace training and enablement programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years in a Global Enablement leadership capacity.
  • Experience growing and innovating Sales/Technical Enablement and external Partner Programs globally.
  • 10+ years of sales, technical, partner enablement, and certification experience.
  • High degree of technical capability to learn the Darktrace product portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and change in content development.
