Job Description:

As a Commissioned Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission to connect businesses with innovative advertising and marketing opportunities. You will be responsible for signing up brands to our campaign packages, enabling them to leverage the power of our unique marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Acquire Brands: Identify and approach potential brands that can benefit from our advertising/marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to brands, showcasing the benefits and value of our campaign packages.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with brands, ensuring they choose the right campaign package to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and brand satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of advertising and marketing concepts is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based compensation with the potential for residual earnings based on performance.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $625.00 – $30,000.00 per week
