Role Overview:
Oxygen Forensics is seeking a dynamic entry-level Sales Engineer to support our sales engineering efforts in the United States. As Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the technical value of our solutions to clients, helping to drive successful sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of sales engineering, including virtual and in-person product demonstrations, providing pre and post-sale technical knowledge to customers throughout the sales and implementation process, and remote and on-site delivery services. Strong consideration will be given to experienced users of our software and others in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales engineering team to effectively communicate the technical value of Oxygen Forensics products and solutions to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of virtual and in-person product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Providing pre and post-sale technical knowledge to customers throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Support the team in delivering remote and on-site services, helping clients with the implementation and use of our products.
- Work closely with senior sales engineers to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, to ensure the smooth execution of business objectives.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technical trends and competitive challenges in the digital forensics and cybersecurity industries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or previous experience as a Digital Forensic Examiner
- A strong interest in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
- Willingness to travel as required for on-site delivery services.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of technical tools and platforms used to support sales efforts is a plus.
