A Local State Farm Insurance Agency in Florida is Hiring!

We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives.

Job Description:

  • Achieve agency growth, retention, and sales goals.
  • Engage new prospects and build strong relationships within the community.
  • Work remotely from your own home, utilizing phone and email to secure sales.
  • Follow-up is key to success.

Benefits:

  • $40,000 – $50,000 ANNUAL BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
  • Base pay is determined by interview & background.
  • $65,000-$105,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing customers and process new insurance applications.
  • Enhance agency reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
  • Prospect and initiate new business sales, building referral relationships.
  • Execute, plan, and implement office processes.
  • Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
  • Process applications and maintain regular client contact.

Requirements:

  • A VALID 2-20 FLORIDA LICENSE REQUIRED!
  • No need to apply if you have a history of 3-6 months at multiple jobs.
  • 2 years of previous sales experience preferred.
  • Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and positive attitude.
  • PC skills required.
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTELY FROM HOME OR YOUR OWN PRIVATE OFFICE/WORKSPACE!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
