Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative
Mawer Capital, a leading small business and digital marketing agency, is hiring dynamic individuals to join our full-time Inside Sales Representative team. Our agency caters to entrepreneurs, brick and mortar businesses, digital stores, coaches, and professional services companies, achieving success in scaling businesses into 7, 8, and 9 figures.
Position Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Conduct 6-8+ Zoom consultations per day, 5 days a week
- Guide clients through the discovery process
- Ensure clients are directed to the most suitable program ranging from $5,000 to $100,000
A Day in the Life
Consultation Expectations:
- Schedule and complete 30-minute to hour-long consultations
- Receive automatic calendar updates 3-5 days in advance
- Complete consultation summaries for effective lead management
Professional Development + Company Expectations:
- Receive guidance from our in-house Head of Sales
- Provide proactive updates on client trends, objections, funnel feedback, and engagement
Position Logistics
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Independent contractor commission-based role
- Base pay plus 10% commission on sales
