Summary:

As a Commercial Analyst within our Treasury Practice, you will execute our Kyriba alliance strategy in line with practice and sales goals. You will support practice leads and commercial team members across sales, marketing, and training to help drive treasury practice pipeline, collaborating internally and externally with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Develop and maintain strong marketing relationships with select Alliance Partner sales reps to drive pipeline development
  • Coordinate end-to-end field event activities, including conferences, networking events, SKO, QBRs, etc.
  • Support internal/external alliance communication strategy and execute the alliance marketing plan
  • Drive the development of thought leadership, collateral, case studies, and other marketing resources
  • Responsible for PMO’s end-to-end execution of content creation, leveraging Alliance partner resources
  • Ensure Alliance Partner certification requirements are met annually and manage perception related to new product capabilities
  • Collaborate with Clearsulting Account Management to support account expansion for strategic accounts
  • Work with Business Operations to ensure all quals and other pursuit documents are up to date and inventoried
  • Participate in annual Alliance Sales Kick Off (SKO) and draft materials for Alliances QBRs
  • Create decks and supporting documentation for introductory calls and proposal decks
  • Generate/create NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, and track upsells contributing to influenced ARR at Kyriba
  • Quarterback vendor onboarding through closed won opportunities
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines
  • Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
  • Familiarity with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS); 1+ Kyriba certification and/or implementation is a plus
  • Proven track record of timely execution and time management
  • Previous event planning coordination and strong detail orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership skills and executive presence
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
