We are seeking a Billing Specialist
Location: Fully REMOTE
Contract Duration: 6-12+ months (with the possibility of extension)
Industry: Telecommunications/Utilities
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $22/hour W2
Responsibilities:
- Auditing and researching an array of systems, contracts, and tariffs.
- Matching invoices and receipts.
- Analyzing variables for accuracy and initiating disputes against incorrect billing.
- Reaching out to vendors for clarification/resolution.
- Using backend tables to help develop a linkage between quotes and billing.
- Monitoring billing for rate increases and identifying variables within the vendor base.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Software Experience: SAP Ariba, Oracle, and Excel
- Experience: 2+ years
