Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. Engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team.
Rate:
Hourly position of $15.00 as well as a commission plan. (NO COMMISSION CAP) Sales agents commission average between $700-$1,500 additional monthly income on top of hourly. Top sales agents see $2,000+ additional monthly income.
Schedule:
Set schedule for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST. One week of initial paid training with the same schedule.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fielding inbound + outbound calls.
- Initiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale.
- Managing the sales process from lead to close.
- Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
- Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Executing Consensus’ sales methodology to investigate and identify customers’ needs and determine solutions.
- Achieving monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- (Required) Minimum of three years sales experience.
- Salesforce experience and or comparable CRM.
- Knowledge and experience with Excel.
- Experience with Zoom or comparable video call platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
- Competitive, organized, self-motivated with a desire for career advancement.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
- Experience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level.
Other:
- Background check will be required.
- Webcam meetings required during training and other meetings.
- Fully Remote WFH position.
- W2 employment.
Technical Requirements:
- PC running Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home. No variants are compatible (Education, “S”, Pro Education).
- USB Headset with noise-canceling microphone.
- Webcam.
- High-Speed Wired Internet (10 Mbps or more download/10 Mbps upload).
