Position Overview
A Screening Sales Representative, Remote (known internally as Screening Solutions Specialist, Remote) will drive product growth in practices to meet sales goals within the assigned geography and deliver diagnostic solutions by establishing the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening.
The Screening Solutions Specialist, Remote role aims to enhance prospective relationships and increase the volume of quality virtual customer touchpoints to drive growth and revenue while driving accountability for preventive cancer screenings in healthcare systems virtually. This is a virtual role.
This remote role will be working with other colleagues to cover the Texas market.
Essential Duties
- Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape.
- Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care.
- Build a network of relationships within accounts.
- Synthesize data from a range of formal and informal sources.
- Develop and implement business and account plans.
- Create business and account plans based on opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of these business and customer plans.
- Inform, educate, and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences products.
- Proactively drive business growth with new and existing customers.
- Seek regular feedback from customers.
- Lead the successful implementation of account plans.
- Ensure execution of targeted tactics to deliver business goals.
- Communicate a clear and compelling description of customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team conducts business to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including strong questioning and listening skills.
- Confident, professional, and credible telephone manner or virtual presence.
- Strong presentation skills: ability to effectively convey concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner through telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or Science, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Expertise in computer technology that is specific to virtual sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English & Spanish.
- Experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.
- Experience working with primary care physician targeted customers.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
- Ability to listen empathetically, understand information presented by people with different communication styles and different points of view, and mediate disagreements.
- Effective organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work confidently in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.
- Ability to create value for others through the presentation of new processes and concepts.
- Able to productively and proactively contribute to a team environment, while demonstrating the ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
- Ability to function productively within a fast-paced, multi-tasking, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
Salary Range:
$40,000.00 – $60,000.00
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable plans.
