Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing, inclusive of Zenith Technologies and TQS Integration, provides end-to-end digital transformation solutions to the Life Sciences industry to support clients Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives and improve patient outcomes. We specialize in the support and delivery of Automation, MES, Data Infrastructure & Intelligence, Lab Processes and Digital Technologies to manage, control and optimize manufacturing. Role:
Cognizant seeks to hire a LIMS Business Analyst to join our Life Science Manufacturing Practice.
Job Location:
Hillsborough – NJ /Remote
This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support and Enhance Labware LIMS.
- Regular Client interaction and manage ongoing support project.
- Be part of Automation and manage ongoing support project.
- Responsible for supporting and enhancing different Lab Applications and Subject Matter Expertise in providing Application Development and Support services to the customer businesses at site.
- Responsible to guide customer with MLL application solution and build framework for steady state support.
- Responsible for maintaining various support metrics timely reporting to designated people on a timely manner.
- Responsible for end-to-end support of the portfolio and work as a single point of contact for R&D Applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience of managing medium or large size R&D engagement running Labware LIMS
- Must have extensive experience of working with different R&D applications.
- Should be conversant with different lab applications and conversant with managed support service.
- Well conversant with ITIL V3 processes.
- Should be able to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of any Database.
Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
