The IT Communications Specialist is a key contributor to the Corporate Communications team, a significant corporate relations function serving more than 50,000 teammates across the company, specifically 300 teammates within IT. This role collaborates with the communications team as well as IT teammates to engage a broad range of internal stakeholders across the enterprise.

This position is responsible for creating written and multimedia content that contributes to holistic corporate and IT communications plans that engage and enable teammates and keep them connected to the enterprise priorities. Scope of work primarily includes change communications associated with the cloud optimization program as well as some awareness communications programming for this strategic initiatives.

This position is responsible for coordinating and trafficking content for enterprise-wide communication vehicles for IT, including planning and execution. This includes the distribution of internal communication campaigns and evolving traditional and emerging communications channels. The IT Communications Specialist is an individual contributor based in Nashville and reports to the Senior Communications Manager, IT.

Overall, the results of the IT Communications Specialist and the broader communications effort should drive programming that is:

1. Tailored to persuade and engage teammates and other stakeholders;
2. Integrated with enterprise messaging to drive alignment around key business priorities;
3. Drive functional and business change agendas;
4. Support one Americas’ voice and Bridgestone’s globalization priorities, and
5. Protect and enhance BSAM reputation and image

Prepare materials including business communications, reports, presentation slide decks, and videos.
