Special Note Regarding Working From Home:
This is a work from home position for candidates who reside in the states of Florida and South Carolina. Due to business constraints, candidates outside the states of Florida and South Carolina will not be considered for this position and should not apply. Successful candidates must be able to report to one of our Florida or South Carolina locations for new hire paperwork on day one and meet our work at home requirements (see below). Our next new hire training class is scheduled to start on January 8th, 2024.
How You’ll Shine
As an Inbound Reservations Agent, you’ll make booking vacations a breeze for owners. You’ll learn everything you need to know about our timeshare products, brands, resorts, and destinations.
- Make reservations for owners
- Troubleshoot reservation issues and help owners change or cancel existing reservations
- Ask discovery questions to learn more about owners’ vacation preferences
- Become an expert on our resorts, amenities, and destinations
- Check resort availability and suggest alternative dates or accommodations if needed
- Confirm reservation details to ensure accuracy and explain policies
- Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
- Provide assistance with additional travel planning
- Answer questions about the vacation club product and how it’s used
You will start your career in the Reservations department to master this role. Based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to transition into dual branding or an elevated queue to grow your career and help put the world on vacation.
Pay and Schedule:
$15.50 an hour
Training schedule (4 weeks): 9:30am – 6:15PM EST
Initial schedule after training: 1:30pm-10:00pm EST during the week and 11:30am-8:00pm EST on weekends and some holiday. A specific schedule with be assigned during training
What You’ll Bring
- Passion for travel and hospitality
- Good listening and conversational skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Six months of customer service or sales experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Quiet workplace free of distractions
- High-speed internet (DSL or Cable only) with download speed of 10mbps, upload speed 2mbps, Latency less than 80ms
- Must be able to hardwire computer directly to router/modem
- Must have own personal device with a camera and ability to download applications for first week of training (ex: zoom and OKTA)
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
