Responsibilities
Supporting the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief People Officer
- Coordinate and own heavy calendars that are global with multiple time zones
- Develop and create practices and procedures for handling busy executives
- Manage global travel schedules, review and process contracts and expenses, and maintain confidentiality
- Take on one-off projects as needed
- Able to triage and prioritize situations quickly
- Likes a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 8+ years of executive administrative support experience
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication skills and responsiveness
- Strong mail and calendaring skills (Gmail and Gcall experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities
