Clinical Supervisor (LICSW / LMHC) – BILH Behavioral Services Hospital Team
Job Description:
- Sign-on bonus up to $3000 (prorated for part-time)

- Fully Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday (12PM-8:30PM)
The Behavioral Services Hospital Team Clinical Supervisor monitors emergency service delivery for Adult & Youth and collaborates closely with the Program Director & Assistant Program Director.
Responsibilities:
- Provides case consultation to emergency services clinicians and documentation review in various programs during designated shift
- Provides clinical supervision to emergency services clinicians as designated.
- Conducts assessments as needed both in person and via telehealth.
- Ensures smooth function of services, prioritizing the use of clinicians, supportive staffing, and other resources. Acts as a liaison with related systems and provides supportive and informational communication with persons served.
- Completes a safety assessment as part of the first point of contact with each patient
- Coordinates with other team members to make informed decisions about the most appropriate referral(s) for the client
- Engages and develops positive working relationships with clients and other service providers
- Serves as the primary liaison between the organization and other providers and community partners
- Maintains a working knowledge of insurance requirements for commonly referred services
- Facilitates a warm handoff to the level of care/service provider.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a human services field, with four years post-masters experience. Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
- Licensed at the Independent level required, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of MA.
- Knowledge of commercial behavioral healthcare practices, evidenced-based treatments, managed care principles, provider development, and quality improvement concepts is essential.
- Familiarity with state and local agencies serving the community is helpful.
- Ability to exercise good judgment clinically, legally, and ethically and to consult with a supervisor as needed.
