Job Opportunity: Claims Specialist
Position Overview
A local third-party claims administrator is actively seeking a skilled Claims Specialist specializing in premises liability for a remote position.
Role
- Provide effective adjustment of claims for premises liability cases in multi-family housing and hospitality sectors.
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements for liability claims.
- Establish reserves based on evaluation of liability and damages for third-party BI & PD claims.
- Deliver a maximum level of excellent customer service to assigned account(s).
- Manage the entire claim process from start to finish.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in handling premises liability claims.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, sound judgment, analytics, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Computer proficiency.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
Required Experience
- General Liability claims adjusting.
- Claims adjusting for Multi-Family Housing and Hospitality clients.
- Multi-State Licenses Preferred.
