Position Summary
As a QA Analyst, you will be part of a growing team that has a passion for bringing the age-old school yearbook up to date for today’s internet generation. You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate cross functionally with our team members. Treering has thousands of schools nationwide and has expanded into Canada and Australia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on and manual testing, including regression testing
- Create test plans cases, record test results, and provide appropriate details to engineering team
- Test bug fixes, new features, and enhancements in a dev environment
- Investigate and document bugs
- Work cross-functionally with QA and Engineering team to solve problems
- Monitor customer support chat channel and investigate issues as they are reported
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Equipment)
- 3+ years of work experience
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, positive, driven mentality that thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Superior attention to details
- Own device(s) to test on. Multiple devices is a plus (i.e. Desktop Windows/Mac, Android, iPhone, iPad, Chromebook)
Bonus Qualifications (but not a game changer if you don’t have)
- JIRA and/or GitHub background
- Knowledge of automation testing

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Regular and consistent attendance and the ability to sit and work with hands and arms for at least eight hours per day and five (5) days per week.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
Have consistent and reliable attendance.
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills in English.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in English written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and other deadlines consistently.

Auditory and visual skills – Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work overtime occasionally at the last minute.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
