As a Senior SharePoint Developer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your Role in Our Mission

  • Front-end development focusing on building applications in SharePoint online.
  • Migrating SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online.
  • Analyze complex requirements and recommend development strategies.
  • Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs.
  • Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Train end users and updates SharePoint tools and objects in response to user needs.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of front-end applications development experience with 3+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on SharePoint 2013 to include:

  • SharePoint development using InfoPath and workflow utilizing SharePoint Designer.
  • Microsoft InfoPath Forms development and SharePoint Workflow.
  • Migrating SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online.
  • PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Converting InfoPath forms to PowerApps.
  • Design and administration of pages, site templates, page designs, lists and libraries.
  • Out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Information Rights Management and security groups.
  • .Net and Visual Basic experience is a plus but not required.

What You Should Expect in This Role

  • Must live within a commutable distance to Trenton, NJ – will primarily telecommute/work from home, but will be required to be onsite sometimes.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%).

The pay range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
